Refunds & Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee associated with sending your order back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
- Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong Address
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.
- Please contact us immediately after ordering if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Get Blossm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint with your shipping carrier.
